About us
Borhanifar Immigration provides professional Canadian immigration and citizenship services, with a particular focus on business immigration for entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, and foreign companies seeking to establish, acquire, expand, or operate a business in Canada. Our work includes developing case-specific immigration strategies, assessing business and regulatory considerations, and preparing applications supported by clear legal, commercial, and documentary evidence.
Our approach combines Canadian immigration knowledge with experience in business, management, and regulatory matters. We also represent individuals and families across selected temporary and permanent residence programs, with each matter handled through careful assessment, structured planning, clear communication, and close attention to current IRCC requirements.
Our consultant
Dr. Iman Borhanifar is the founder and director of Borhanifar Immigration and a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC, R731612), authorized by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). He also serves as a Commissioner for Taking Oaths in Ontario, with authority to administer oaths, affidavits, and statutory declarations within the scope of his appointment.
He is an active member of professional organizations including the Canadian Bar Association (CBA), the Ontario Bar Association (OBA), the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
With an academic background in business management, law, and Canadian immigration studies, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective to immigration matters involving entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, and foreign companies. His work places particular emphasis on developing immigration strategies that align with business establishment, acquisition, expansion, and operational objectives in Canada.
His professional practice focuses primarily on Canadian business immigration, while also extending to selected temporary residence, permanent residence, and citizenship matters. He is currently pursuing further studies in Canadian Common Law to strengthen the legal foundation of his professional practice.
