لیست مشاغل TEER 2 & 3 و ویزای کار باز برای همسر (SOWP)
دولت فدرال کانادا فهرست مشاغل TEER 2 و TEER 3 را منتشر کرده است که همچنان امکان دریافت ویزای کار باز خانوادگی برای همسر را فراهم می‌کنند. در تاریخ ۱۴ ژانویه، وزارت مهاجرت، پناهندگی و شهروندی کانادا (IRCC) اعلام کرد که همسران کارگران خارجی تنها در صورتی واجد شرایط دریافت ویزای کار باز برای همسر (SOWP) خواهند بود که همسرشان در یکی از دسته‌های زیر مشغول به کار باشد:
• مشاغل TEER 0 (مشاغل مدیریتی سطح بالا)
• مشاغل TEER 1 (مشاغل حرفه‌ای)
• لیست مشاغل TEER 2 & 3- مشاغل منتخب
مهم: برای اینکه همسر یا شریک زندگی کارگر خارجی طبق این قوانین واجد شرایط ویزای کار باز باشد، کارگر خارجی، در زمان درخواست همسر برای ویزای SOWP باید حداقل ۱۶ ماه اعتبار باقی‌مانده در ویزای کار خود داشته باشد،
زمان اجرایی شدن تغییرات ویزای کار باز برای همسر
این تغییرات از تاریخ ۲۱ ژانویه اعمال شده‌اند. این تغییرات ویزاهای کاری معتبری را که تحت قوانین قبلی تأیید شده و هنوز منقضی نشده‌اند تحت تأثیر قرار نمی‌دهند. همچنین این تغییرات تأثیری بر تمدیدهای واجد شرایط این نوع ویزاها نخواهند داشت.
پیش از این تغییرات، همسران کارگران خارجی می‌توانستند بدون توجه به شغل همسرشان واجد شرایط دریافت ویزای کار باز شوند.
لیست مشاغل 3 و TEER 2
این فهرست شامل مشاغلی است که از این پس امکان دریافت ویزای کار باز برای همسر را فراهم می‌کنند.
TEER چیست؟ TEER مخفف آموزش، تحصیلات، تجربه و مسئولیت‌ها (Training, Education, Experience, and Responsibilities) است و روشی است که دولت فدرال کانادا برای طبقه‌بندی سطح مهارت مشاغل در سیستم طبقه‌بندی ملی مشاغل (NOC) استفاده می‌کند. در این طبقه‌بندی:
• TEER 0 نشان‌دهنده مشاغل با بالاترین سطح مهارت است.
• TEER 5 نشان‌دهنده مشاغل با پایین‌ترین سطح مهارت است.
شما یک کارگر ماهر (High-Skilled Worker) هستید اگر در زمان ثبت درخواست عضو خانواده خود، در یکی از مشاغل زیر مشغول به کار هستید یا قرار است مشغول به کار شوید:
• دسته‌بندی‌های TEER 0، ۱، ۲ یا ۳ در سیستم طبقه‌بندی ملی مشاغل کانادا (NOC)
این دسته‌بندی‌ها معمولاً شامل مشاغل مدیریتی، تخصصی و فنی می‌شود.
این طبقه‌بندی بر اساس معیارهای آموزش، تجربه، و مسئولیت‌های شغلی (TEER) تعیین می‌شود و نقش مهمی در واجد شرایط بودن اعضای خانواده برای دریافت ویزای کار باز (Open Work Permit) دارد.
