Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n

This Initial Consultation Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the initial consultation between Borhanifar Immigration Inc. (hereinafter referred to as \u201cBorhanifar\u201d) and\/or Iman Borhanifar, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC #731612) and a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC<\/a>), located at 130 Queens Quay E, #717, Toronto, ON, M5A 0P6, Canada, email: hello@borhanifar.com, phone: 647 450 0450, and the individual completing this form on the date of submission (the \u201cClient\u201d).<\/p>\n

Purpose:<\/strong> The purpose of the initial consultation is to assess the Client\u2019s situation and provide general advice regarding Canadian immigration regulations. This may include an analysis of available options, estimated timeframes, professional fees, anticipated costs, and recommended next steps based on Canadian immigration law and policy in effect on the consultation date. The consultation does not include form completion, document preparation, application submission, or case follow-up. These services require a separate written Retainer Agreement.<\/p>\n

Method of Consultation:<\/strong> Depending on the consultation option selected by the Client, the RCIC will conduct the consultation by telephone, video conference (Google Meet | Zoom), or in person at the scheduled time.<\/p>\n

Client Responsibility:<\/strong> The Client must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information and documentation relevant to their immigration matter. The Client is responsible for disclosing all material facts, including any adverse or negative information. The Client must attend the consultation at the scheduled date and time.<\/p>\n

Valid government-issued identification, such as a passport, may be required for identity verification. Attending the consultation on behalf of another individual is not permitted unless prior written authorization is provided and accepted.<\/p>\n

Fee and Refund Policy:<\/strong> The consultation fee (15 or 30 minutes, as selected) must be paid in advance. Consultation fees are non-refundable, including in the case of a no-show. The Client may reschedule the appointment once with at least 48 hours\u2019 written notice. Borhanifar reserves the right to reschedule due to workload, scheduling conflicts, or statutory holidays.<\/p>\n

Consultation Fee Credit:<\/strong> If the Client retains Borhanifar\u2019s professional services within 30 days following the consultation, the consultation fee will be credited toward the professional service fee under the subsequent Retainer Agreement.<\/p>\n

15-minute session: CAD $150 \u2013\u00a0<\/span>Pay via PayPal<\/a><\/p>\n

30-minute session: CAD $250 \u2013\u00a0<\/span>Pay via PayPal<\/a><\/p>\n

No Client-Consultant Relationship:<\/strong> The Client acknowledges that no client-consultant relationship is established solely by attending the initial consultation. A formal professional relationship will only be created upon execution of a signed Retainer Agreement by both parties.<\/p>\n

Confidentiality:<\/strong> All information and documentation shared during the consultation will be treated as confidential, subject to applicable laws and professional obligations.<\/p>\n

Acknowledgment:<\/strong> By selecting the checkbox \u201cI agree to the Terms and Conditions,\u201d the Client provides electronic consent and confirms acceptance of this Initial Consultation Agreement. Any further engagement will require a separate written Retainer Agreement.<\/p>\n
